EMS Week is here!
This year marks the 50th Anniversary of EMS Week. It is a time to honor the work of the people and organizations that provide emergency medical services (EMS) to communities across the U.S. It is a time for the public to more deeply understand the magnitude of how much these First Responders do and invest in their EMS providers.
Not only do we respond to 15,000 calls for help each year, we also train our community and add to the chain of survival. Last year, we trained over 1,000 people in CPR, First Aid and Stop the Bleed. This year, we are raising funds to purchase new CPR Manikins and wound simulators. The manikins and wound simulators are essential educational tools in our safety trainings.
Since we are a nonprofit organization, we are asking our community to help fund our campaign. Any donation helps us reach our goal of $3,000.
